Refund policy

• Once your refund request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by a member of our team within 2-3 business days.

• If your request is accepted, you will be sent a shipping label to return your items. Please ship your items back within 14 days of delivery. Once received your items and verified that your items are in acceptable condition, your refund will be issued. 
• The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalized orders, digital downloads, or items on sale.  
• At this time, we do not accept exchanges. 
• Each candle is handmade so color, scent, and appearance may vary slightly and may have cosmetic imperfections left by the hands of those who created them.
